The following allergens are handled in the kitchen:

  • cereals containing gluten

  • peanuts

  • nuts

  • soya

  • celery

  • mustard

  • sesame seeds

  • sulphur dioxide


The following allergens are not handled but may be present in traces in incoming ingredients (usually due to manufacturing methods), which will be indicated on food labels:

  • eggs

  • fish

  • molluscs

  • crustaceans

  • milk and dairy products

  • lupin


N.B. spices used, as advised by Just Ingredients’ allergen policy statement, are not guaranteed to be totally free from: cereals containing gluten, peanuts, soybeans, nuts, celery, mustard, milk and dairy products, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide


Procedures are in place to prevent cross-contamination, however we cannot guarantee any item is totally free from traces

NB we are a vegan kitchen but do not mind using products that have been produced on a line that may come with a warning of, for example traces of milk, as we are confident the ingredients themselves are vegan and manufacturers have a legal obligation to declare any possible traces.
